Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and refund policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Sunshine Travel.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation charges

How to cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us via our contact page with your booking reference number. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 2 business days.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
